How can I return a product?

Naiga Naturals Ltd. accepts to provide the customer with a full refund if you would like to cancel your order or in rare cases if the product is damaged or is not to your liking.

To start a refund, you can contact us at info@naiganaturals.co.uk

You will be sent a postage label and products will need to be returned, so it can be inspected before the refund is processed. You can only be refunded for the item, not including postage fees.


We will notify you via email to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund please contact us at info@naiganaturals.co.uk.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on any product for sanitary reasons. Sale items cannot be returned. If it is your first time ordering from Naiga Naturals, we encourage you to order a sample before ordering a full size product for an easier shopping experience.
